When you engage with our site or services, we may collect personal information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, payment details, and health or fitness-related information provided during coaching registration. This information is used to process orders, deliver services, and enhance your experience with One Percent. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All prices listed are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), unless otherwise stated. Payments for products or services must be completed in full at the time of purchase through our secure checkout system. We accept major credit/debit cards and payment gateways such as Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are final once processed. Incomplete or failed payments may result in cancellation of your order or access to services.
We offer a range of physical products (such as apparel, grips, and hydration items) and digital services (including online coaching programs). Product descriptions are provided to the best of our ability. Due to lighting, screens, or batch variations, colors and materials may appear slightly different from product images. For digital coaching services, access is provided through our chosen platform. Programs are personalized and non-transferable. You agree not to share, copy, or distribute training materials without written permission from One Percent.
Physical products may be returned within 72 hours of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Refunds are only issued after inspection and approval. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Digital services, such as coaching programs, are non-refundable once access has been granted.
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that could impair the performance or security of the site or interfere with other users. All content on this website, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of One Percent and may not be used without permission.
One Percent is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including injuries sustained during training. Users are advised to consult a physician before starting any fitness program and to use products as intended.
