How it works?
One Percent provides free premium flavoured water for events, and in return, the event organizers offer marketing exposure across their social media channels. This includes shoutouts, story tags, posts, or even reels featuring One Percent’s water being enjoyed at the event.
In turn, One Percent also promotes the event on its own social platforms, highlighting the collaboration. This mutual exchange helps both brands gain visibility with new audiences, enhance their reputations, and contribute to creating a fresh, engaging vibe at the event. It’s a simple trade: we hydrate your guests, you highlight our brand.

Offerings at events
On‑site branding & setup
- Branded stands (1–4 units) for visibility and service.
- Serving tables for cups, signage, and merch.
- Marketing flags (feather/beach flags) placed at key sightlines.
- Vending points (mobile carts or counters) for high‑flow areas.
Hydration station formats
1. Barrelled water + automatic pumps No power needed; fast to deploy; great for indoor zones. Can locate outside under cool conditions. This is our most popular option for set up strategy.
2. Plug‑in chilled dispensers Keeps water cold; requires standard power (per unit); ideal for VIP/backstage, indoor expose, main water points, full day meetings and more. Most requested for expos and high-end events.

Guidelines; adjusted for event length, heat, activity level
- Up to 300 attendees: 1 stand, 1 station (≈150–250 L).
- 300–800: 2 stands, 2 stations (≈400–600 L).
- 800–1,500: 3 stands, 3–4 stations (≈800–1,200 L).
- 1,500–3,000: 4+ stands, 5–6 stations (≈1,500–2,400 L).

What we need from the organizer
- General: Dates, timings, location and logistics for deliveires and set up specification.
- Space: ~2×2 m per stand; clear access for refills.
- Power (if chilled units): standard 220V, ~10A per dispenser.
- Placement approvals: high‑traffic, shade where possible.
Marketing barter (Two‑way street)
- Organizer: social posts/stories, tags, on‑site logo placement.
- One Percent: pre‑event hype + live coverage + post‑event recap.
- Optional: QR codes, co‑branded assets, sustainability stats (liters served, plastic avoided).
