Our Pre & Postnatal Online Coaching Program is a specialized 12- or 24-week journey designed to support new and expecting mothers in safely rebuilding their strength, reconnecting with their core, and regaining confidence in their bodies. Whether you're newly postpartum, dealing with diastasis recti, looking to lose baby weight, or simply wanting to feel strong and energized again, this fully customized program meets you exactly where you are. You’ll be guided through progressive workouts that prioritize pelvic floor activation, breath work, core re-engagement, and safe strength training. The program is structured around a 6-day split with 4 custom workouts and 2 active recovery days that fit easily into your busy life. With bi-weekly check-ins, video form checks, 24/7 app support, and continuous adjustments based on your progress, you're never alone in the process. We focus on technique, movement education, and building lifelong habits—not quick fixes. This is more than a workout plan—it’s a performance-based, mindset-driven coaching experience that helps you heal, strengthen, and thrive in your motherhood journey.

  1. Do yo get 24 hour assistance: Yes
  2. What if I miss a week/vacation: The program continues regardless. You will subscribe to 12-24 weeks, and payment goes off each month
  3. Is the cost for one month: Yes. 95 AED per day. Calculated on a 4-week month
  4. What if I want to cancel: You a cancel at any time, but the final payment will be for that month you are in, due to programming already planned for those 4 weeks. Eg. You cancel mid August. You would have already paid for August’s plan. Your subscription ends 31 August with no further payment.
  5. Do we discuss diet : Diet is discussd and guidance is given, however monitoring and detailed plans are a separate service.
